My haircut and colour is always perfect since Kellie has been doing my hair. I had a bad haircut once (a long time ago and by a different stylist) there and the lovely receptionist encouraged me to return and have it fixed. The owner fixed my cut and I’ve been seeing Kellie since. I would suggest that the customer docket for pricing is set out before the client arrives. I know this may not be applicable to all clients but as a regular client my service rarely changes. This would save at least 10 minutes at the salon. I would also suggest more junior staff as the juniors now are coming up through the ranks. Juniors will be able to help out with washing and colouring if required. Also, if my appointment has been changed in the system that I receive a phone call to advise. This has happened a couple of times but not this time. Kaz is a little pricier than some salons however it is in Brighton, it has the reputation, experience and expertise and service to be able to charge a little more than other salons. I would recommend to others
