All staff know my name. my daughter and wife's names and take an interest in us that is friendly without being intrusive.They are very, very busy people who manage to seem calm and efficient even when Blind Freddy can see it is a tough day for therm.. Most of all they all have delightful senses of humour - it is impossible not to like them.
