I have been going to Chris at Kulture in hair every 6 weeks for 8 years now. I always feel valued, they always listen, give great advice and the cuts and colours are second to none! Of course I always walk out feeling glamorous and fabulous! Most of my friends are now going there too, and feel the same way. If you are looking for a new hairdresser I highly recommend that you give them a call.

Chris is a superstar, the girls are lovely. I always leave with amazing hair that seems to last so well - both style and colour. Always made to feel very well looked after with a style and colour that is very much me and worth travelling for. I hope we can still make the trip when we move even further away! ...chris enjoy your time away (forgot to ask what you are up to!) see u in June x

An idea for improvement. With your regular clients how about making a note on their file as to their preferences regarding the refreshments offer by the salon. ie tea with milk and one sugar or a special note " doesn't drink tea or coffee". So,just before the client arrives for their appointment, the staff concerned would refer to the clients file and when the client is seated the staff member brings out the refreshment without having to ask the client each time. I would be very impressed, as a regular, to have, in my case, my water with additives served up to me. Just a thought.
