My reward after all my weeks of insane work days back to back is my hair.... and I am grateful that you were able to change my appointment when i had to catre a wake (at short notice) and then I was late today. My only disappointment was my hair wash by Georgie (sp?).... please teach her how to cover ears or pull water away from ears.... on several occasions I had water sprayed directly INTO my ears and I was quite annoyed (though I stayed calm and took deep breaths!) as i suffer ridiculous right ear infections due to water. I covered my ears and took care of myself - it just was not the relaxing experience I normally experience and love, I appreciate she is a first year apprentice... and it is an expensive investment for me. I love you guys and am grateful for your great hair care! So I will be back and I hope this helps as that is my only intention - I am only telling you as as you sent the survey!
