Comment
The overall atmosphere felt awkward. I left feeling very uneasy because a young girl who was trying to be helpful and show initiative at the counter when I went to pay was belittled by a male member of staff. It was completely unprofessional behaviour and totally unnecessary for him to do that especially in front of a number of customers and I'm not sure I will return to the salon, lucky I had a lovely lady cutting my hair who did a really nice style.
