Hii Chris, I feel like my hair is a lot more brown tones than the last visit. I was so happy the last time, with the right amount of blonde highlights and a bit of brown. From today, I feel like theres not enough blonde, and all the same browny beige sameness. Kind of inconsistent. So, Im not quite sure what was different today, as you followed the notes from the last visit, which I was so happy with. not cranky….just giving feedback.x
