Connie is lovely and passionate about skin care, very professional and Connie examines your skin and adjusts the facial to address your skin condition. I like it because she doesn't hold back applying creams either. She had a product I was introduced to in Melbourne not freely available in Brisbane. I travel the distance well worth it in every way.
