I loved the experience and the treatment I received and would strongly recommend your business to anyone. If I could make a suggestion regarding this survey, you need to help the person completing it know which way the score goes, I am giving you 10 out of 10 on everything but not sure if I ticked the 0 or 10 radio button. Adding a legend above the score would be very helpful, for example excellent, average in the middle and poor on the side that is the lowest for scoring, this way there will be no confusions :)

I LOVE LaPeau - Connie has been my life-saver from the 1st day it was recommended I give her a call. For years I battled a horrendous skin problem that left me with dry, itchy, painful skin all over my head, face & neck with red & blistered patches that covered virtually all my head. It was SO bad I didn't want to be seen in public & hadn't worn make-up for years!!! I had tried EVERYTHING over the years & the only effect was a reduced bank balance!!! I saw improvement after the 1st treatment & with Connie's help & advice it wasn't long before I had my skin looking normal, (an amazing achievement in my books)! With education & the correct & magical products Connie uses I now manage my condition without too much trouble. I can even wear make-up again!!! As an added bonus, my treatments have reduced my lines & under-eye bags, & improved my skins elasticity & tone beyond belief. I honestly believe my skin looks better now than it did 15 - 20 years ago which when you consider I was 60 last birthday is more than you could ask for!!! Definitely value for money - after all, you don't get another face!!!!!

Connie is a caring, highly professional and knowledgeable practitioner. Thanks to Connie an early diagnosis was made on a nasty skin lesion on my face that I thought was an insect bite! Connie suggested I have it checked by a doctor, which resulted in me undergoing a MOHS procedure in hospital to have it removed. The type of skin cancer diagnosed was one that can metastasize so if I had not got that "bite" looked at the outcome could have been a lot worse for me.
