The girls are really lovely and friendly. I went there for a wash and blow dry I can admit I was 10 minutes late. I added a treatment but ended up taking 1 hr45 mins to get a wash, treatment and blow dry. The way it was blow dryed, I walked out with frizzy hair and still the roots were wet in my hair and no products were even added to the hair before commencing the blow dry or after... I know that Lattouf are changing the overall look and to better the salon. It ended up costing $55 which was quiet cheap, I think the girls maybe need to work on time management and the pace of being quiet and then having a rush through the salon. Also in salon training to crucial to perfect all treatments... I noticed a few other clients were a bit on edge wanting to know how long before they started their treatment as they were running late too. Some Of them were getting their hair and make up done for their formals.I will be back in the salon to give it one last go. Hopefully next time it will be a better experience.

Toni was brilliant cutting and blow drying my hair. My appointment for a manicure was 10:30 I was sent away at 10:22 for being too early. I returned at 10:30 and was not taken in until 10:50. The young manicurist was blunt and her equipment was not great. The area was not well maintained "too busy to empty the bin" " too busy to get that bulb fixed- it is hard to see the colours" Thankfully Toni (cut and blow dry) was amazing and made the trip better.

Ive been going there for years but I need to find another salon. Its just such a Waste of time and money. I was charged over $200 and I cant even see the new colour in my hair even though I asked for caramel/golden brown. They weren't listening to what I (the customer) wanted and instead they wanted to keep my hair dark. My hair looks exactly the same and the colour cannot be seen coz they wanted to keep it dark! I was so upset, i wouldve complained but I was so late to a party already that I had to rush out. And their basins to wash our hair are so bad, my clothes and shoulders get wet each time I go there even when I lean my head all the way back. It needs to be fixed. Apart from that, the manager and staff are friendly. I just wish they had listened to what I asked for.

I won’t be returning to this salon for the following reasons: - the salon doesn’t have a ‘friendly’ vibe - I requested some foils to lighten my hair. The stylist asked if I wanted to go blonde and I clearly said ‘no, not blonde, just not too dark’ and we agreed on an ash brown. - the foils were left in my hair for what seemed like a couple of hours. I ended up with very light hair and was unhappy with the result. My hair also felt very dry, almost like straw. The stylist asked if I could come back the following day for another toner to correct it, and I refused as I didn’t think want to waste another day at the hairdresser, I’d already been there for over 4 hours. She ended up putting in another toner that day. The colour looked better but I noticed when I got home that none of my greys were covered - so I have to get this corrected. - as the colour took so long (over 4 hours), I had no time to get my cut and blow dry. - the stylist did apologise for how long it all took, but I left the salon quite upset that I’d paid over $300 for what was not in any way a good experience
