I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Miss Gertrude Salon. The salon is beautiful! Very clean and well maintained. The staff are welcoming and attentive as well. They have incorporated some lovely touches to the client experience which stand out and let me know they value their guests. Max took care of me and my hair and they we’re so so wonderful. Max is so kind and patient and is very easy to talk to. They took the time to listen to my ideas and my story. I felt like I was in a safe space to process my hair makeover. I called my mum when I left to rave about Max. I had anxiety over going to the hairdresser after some very negative experiences but now I feel completely different. I love my new hair and I’m so grateful. Thank you Max!!! mwa mwa

Fiona was lovely, prior to my cut sat with me to discuss the hair cut I would like, ask lots of questions about my hair and really listened, I really enjoyed the experience and was well worth what I paid. Look forward to going back. The salon has a great feel, easy to find parking and upon entry was made feel very welcomed.

I had a great experience today, I went in hoping to fix and restyle my hair after a recent haircut at another salon (the hairdresser there did not give me what I wanted). The hairdresser at Miss Gertrude’s salon listened to what I wanted and my hair concerns (I needed some more texture and movement) and was able to deliver! I will definitely be coming back and recommending Miss Gertrude’s salon to my friends!
