Love my new hair ! Got lots of compliments . Kate is great - warm , patient and highly professional , listened to my needs and made me feel at ease at every stage of the entire process. She's the best hairdresser I'd ever seen! I am so happy to find her . She takes great pride in her work and knows what will work or won't work and tells you so . The cut and colour looked great and easy to style , the salon has a relaxed, welcoming environment and everyone there is friendly . Already booked the next appointment in a month time ! Can't wait to go back for another good experience .

From entering this beautiful space I felt at ease. Subtle details of having a range of magazines nicely stacked and a cold glass of lemon water waiting for me when I sat down made me feel welcomed. Kate, my stylist, greeted me with a gorgeous energy and her professionalism and understanding of what I wanted made me feel relaxed. Really enjoyed the head massage when my hair was washed. Haircut looks and feels great and the fact that Kate will call me is a week to see how I am going is a nice touch. Not at any point did I feel pressured into buying products which is something I do not like in a salon. I will definitely recommend this salon to friends and family as was done for me.

I need to take my infant with me to the salon and have found all the staff to be amazingly supportive, helpful and flexible - amazing service!

Second time at Miss Gertrude, and have ben really happy with my cuts from Kylie both times. love the place, nice environment and Kylie is lovely. Will be coming back!
