Miss Gertrude were kind enough to squeeze me in at last minute to save a horrific hair disaster I had at another salon. I went in with greenish hair and they managed to somehow reverse it and I left a much happier honey blonde. Carmen was a delight, products used were amazing and the service was so wonderful. I almost cried as they really saved me from a nightmare situation. Thank you so very much Miss Gertrude, next time I'm coming straight to you!
