The quality of service continues to be of very high standard .. from the moment of arrival to meeting with stylist ,hair washing etc. there's minimal waiting and feel that everyone involved is attentive, caring and the service is very efficient and pleasant . As an observer , all customers are treated equally and cheerfully ... and this has been the same for me at every visit over the years .

I love coming here I walk in overgrown and a wee bit manky. When I leave I look wellgroomed stylish and happy. Lovely staff nothing is too much trouble and they listen to the style that you want and deliver

Have been coming to Miss Gertrude for about 6 years now and always receive the best service, even if my main hairstylist is on leave. Pleasant, highly professional atmosphere. Choice of current interesting magazines, tea and coffee. Happy and highly recommend it.
