I’ve loved going to Miss Gertrude for over 3 years now. The staff are fantastic and very attentive, and I always walk out feeling great about my haircut! The only thing I would like to see change is the basins where they wash your hair....they are SO uncomfortable on the neck and it’s hard to enjoy the lovely head massage. Some more comfortable/padded sinks would be a great change. Otherwise a fabulous salon!

If I had know teaching in the salon was occurring on the day of my visit I would have to rescheduled the appointment. It was very noisy and uncomfortable. Notification of this would have been nice. Love my hair though!

I was particularly concerned that one particular worker in a pale blue dress with very long blonde hair was unfriendly, unenthused and rough during my treatment toner and wash at the basin. I felt uncomfortable with her general manner and lack of care. I only have good things to say about every other staff member including nicole who did an awesome job of my hair and was super friendly and tended to all my hair and comfort needs.

Carmen is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. She is so meticulous and careful, I always walk out feeling a million dollars. All the staff are very friendly and love the little touches like the biscuit with my tea. Thanks
