I got quite a drastic chop to my hair and Ash absolutely slayed it. This was my first time going to Miss Gertrude and meeting ash but I had my full trust in her. We had great chats and I got some prosecco and popcorn. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted. Overall an awesome experience and I will definitely be back.

First time with Fiona, she was fantastic! Helped me with education about how to look after my hair, gave me advice while styling it on what would work but for my hair while still getting the same kind of end result that I was hoping for. Very friendly, not pushy. Would 100% come back for her and recommend her to others too

My first visit to Miss Gertrude was outstanding. Katie is incredibly knowledgeable with hair and gave me the best cut I've ever experienced, she was able to see the natural patterns of my hair and create a cut suitable for my hair type. The salon experience is really warm and friendly, everyone is very polite and helpful. I love that they let clients sit and read while getting their hair done without making you feel like you are being rude. Cannot recommend this salon highly enough!
