I have been getting my hair done at Miss Gertrude for many years. The service has always been of exceptional standard! The staff are always professional and friendly and most importantly, my hairdresser, Leanne consistently does an amazing job with my hair! Great environment also!

I am never disappointed with my hair or the experience! Occasionally I will go somewhere else, more local and a bit cheaper but always get reminded that you get what you pay for and Miss Gertrude stylists are worth every penny!! Not only do they listen, they also cut your hair to an amazing style that grows out beautifully as well. I have seen several stylists now and each one has consistently done an awesome job!! They do really cutting edge styles but also fabulous conservative cuts. Thank you Miss Gertrude!

I very much appreciated the quote provided online matching the cost at the end of the appointment. Too many times I have been to hairdressers who charge for each toner, hair dry, treatment, etc etc etc without informing me of the cost, which ultimately blows right out of proportion. Thank you very much - I will definitely be coming back and recommending on :) Gemma

I was really upset by the way the cut turned out. It was quite different to what I asked for, the fringe area in particular . I even took pictures in, to use as a reference for the stylist to work from. The fringe was cut short and blunt when I wanted it soft long and shaggy. The layers and the length were very uneven, I had to try to fix them up when I got home (I have a small amount of hairdressing experience). I normally get a (hairdresser) friend of mine to cut my hair, but he wasn't available, so I thought I would go to a salon I didn't know, for the first time in over 15 years. So upsetting, it's going to take two or three months for the fringe to start to look good again. This experience has turned me off. However I must say the staff were all friendly and the shampoo was done well.
