Very pleasant atmosphere - but maybe you could try to reduce unneccessary "walking". It felt as if there were more staff than customers and a lot of walks back and forth. The floor material does not absorb noise well so it feels a bit stressful.

The quality and my pleasure with my haircut is wonderful. If someone could please give me a quick update on the expected starting time for my haircut once it's gone about 5 minutes past my appointment time, I would be happy to give an 8-9/10 for my salon experience. I feel awkward just sitting there in a chair all ready to go .... and just sitting there. Thank you for the chance to say something.

Lure is a wonderful experience, only gets a bit claustrophobic when busy Some softer finishes might help absorb noise and make it more cosy but hey Im an architect and therefore opinionated

I can't recommend Miss Gertrude highly enough. I've been having my hair cut and coloured here for over a year by Kristy. The salon is beautiful and has a really relaxed feel. I've also taken my five year old daughter to have her hair cut here during the week as a special treat and everyone has been so lovely with her.

I love coming to be pampered, the wonderful friendly service and the care to make my visits special not to mention the fabulous hair cuts
