I am a regular and its very hard to find your phone number on the website if Im out with out my phone at hand…….can you make the phone number more prominent and easy to call from the web please?

Great experience! I was looking to make the change to a new hairdresser as my previous one didn't offer student discounts and had a high staff turnover - wasn't able to get the same hairdresser each time. Miss Gertrude staff were very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the 'refreshment menu'. I didn't fell rushed during my appointment and Carmen have me a great cut and really listened to what I wanted. Prices were very reasonable and I didn't feel pressured into any extras. Booking online was fantastic and SMS reminders were handy. Thanks team, will see you all next time.

you guys were right on time - to the minute - which is just great! head massage and wash was superb and cut was exactly as I asked for. there's no pressure when you leave to make the next appointment which again is great because it's uncomfortable when sales people try to up sell or book you into something you can't commit to. I only booked my appt a wk in advance and it's nice you guys have that flexibility and clients don't have to book forever in advance. only thing is the cuts are a little on the expensive side which might put people off if they haven't been there before and don't know how you staff are! if you're looking to attract new customers maybe you could consider lowering the price for the first cut only, like by $20-$30. hope this feedback helps you!

I felt like I was rushed through so my hairdresser could get to the next client. Wasn't asked how short I wanted and before I knew it, we were done with little difference to my hair from when I walked in. Probably won't return
