Eri is a great cutter and such a friendly and professional haircutter. I often get asked where I get my hair done, and I am happy to say "Miss Gertrude". Also, Grace and the other girls were so good to Lizzie last night - thanks, she loves going to Miss Gertrude. She took a million selfies when she got home......

Having recently relocated to melbourne I found this salon via Google - Miss Gertrude had friendly staff and the stylist was very friendly. They use great Italian products and I really enjoyed my experience and felt valued and was looked after. I have already made my next booking and have found my new salon. Thanks to all the staff!
