Miss Gertrude was great! It was no fuss, the stylist was able to easily address my hair concerns and I love the way it turned out. The only thing I would improve was that I wasn't sure where to go when first entering the salon to let staff know I'd arrived. I'll totally be going back to get my hair cut again!
