Charlotte cut my hair and she was lovely. She took time to check what I wanted and was flexible about changing things eg. Taking more length off or thinning it out more. She also made good suggestions about future treatments eg. Toner for my colour.

As always, Carmen gave excellent advice and I left with a great haircut. The service is always very warm and friendly, and as I always see the same stylist, the relationship is quite personable. I would definitely recommend both Carmen and Miss Gertrude!

I was there for the first appointment and found it very cool. I always find the colourist very helpful and engaging. The last 2 haircuts I have not been happy with. Thinking of changing cutter.
