Incredible head massage, professional stylist/colourist with a friendly vibe and lovely salon. Great touch on the teapot and generosity with drinks! Colour looks vibrant - thanks heaps for a great experience. It was a little pricey but probably no more than where I usually go - I'm used to English prices though and usually just a trim so everything feels expensive!

I really enjoy the hair experience at Miss Gertrude. It's a relaxed atmosphere, with all the staff friendly and attentive - coffee's great, haircut is always a winner and come away feeling great!

I love going to the hairdresser, but for bigger items like colour or bleach where the time in the salon can exceed 3 hours, there needs to be more comfort items. The massage at the basin needs to be hefty! I wait the whole 3+ hours just for that massage and when it's only about 45 seconds long I feel pretty sad.

This is such a lovely environment - everyone is super friendly and the team spirit is so different to many other hairdressing salons I've been to. Always helpful and accommodating and willing to provide advice.
