For my first visit to Miss Gertrude, I felt instantly very happy with my choice of salon! The staff are very welcoming, and my stylist spent time chatting with me about my cut and options, which was very helpful. I've had past experiences where I've felt rushed or as though I wasn't being listened to, but this was not the case at Miss Gertrude. I'm really happy with my haircut, which was a pretty dramatic change for me! But it was executed perfectly, so I'm really pleased and will definitely return.

Carmen is such a great hairdresser. She really knows her stuff, she's a great listener and she is so focused on her work. I've had a cut and a colour from her and I couldn't be happier.

Lure is a wonderful experience, only gets a bit claustrophobic when busy Some softer finishes might help absorb noise and make it more cosy but hey Im an architect and therefore opinionated

I travel from Canberra to Miss Gertrude's to have my hair cut by Kylie. You don't do that if the cut is just so so or unreliable. An amazing precision cut every time. My friends in Canberra always ask where I get my hair cut. Very distinctive. Thanks Kylie!
