Miss Gertrude was great! It was no fuss, the stylist was able to easily address my hair concerns and I love the way it turned out. The only thing I would improve was that I wasn't sure where to go when first entering the salon to let staff know I'd arrived. I'll totally be going back to get my hair cut again!

Ari is lovely and is great at her craft. I trust her implicitly ☺️ One feedback in general, the "hair washing chicks" need to work on their head massages.

the staff - Cory did an amazing job with my delicate hair. The lovely trainee that washed my hair could be a bit more gentle when combing my wet strands at the basin as my hair is very delicate, otherwise she did a good wash. :)
