I just had my first experience at Miss Gertrude and have left feeling fresh and oh so happy! Jess listened to my very vague ideas of what I wanted and talked me through her process. She showed a great understanding of hair, and although she's never cut my hair before has created a style that is exactly what I envisioned and really suits me. She gave me some great advice on styling and now I don't feel nervous to wear my hair naturally (which I've always been a bit scared of, as it's curly and hard to tame). The cut really frames my face and is very versatile to styling curly or straight. The products they use (Davine's) are so beautiful, my hair smells amazing, is super soft but has great body and texture. Thank you so much Miss Gertrude! I'll be back and I'm telling all my friends!
