Carmen is an excellent hairdresser - she takes time to establish just what you want, cuts and styles your hair very carefully and skilfully, gives a great head massage when washing your hair and encourages just the right amount of chit chat. Altogether a very enjoyable experience with a great outcome - I am totally satisfied with my haircut.

After booking a hair cut with Miss Gertrude as a last minute, I was a bit nervous about what I would get. I was relieved the minute I started talking to Faith about the style that I was looking for as she listened to my brief and gave me the best hair cut I have ever received and I left very happy. I am now a committed Miss Gertrude customer! My only criticism is that for what you pay it would be lovely to be able to enjoy a glass of wine, whilst being styled. Over all, amazing service and I will be back. Thank you Faith!!

For a basic cut, it would be nice to be able to have a cheaper service on offer. I have next to no hair and it really doesn't take long to cut my hair, but still costs close to $100.

Eri is a great amazing and wonderful stylist, she always takes her time when cutting your hair, listens to you and the cuts always grow out so well, a good sign of an exceptional haircut, highly recommend
