As usual the service was very good at the salon. The staff at reception are friendly, helpful and welcoming and the stylist is professional, courteous and friendly. I would recommend the salon to family and friends except that they live on the opposite side of town so it would not be convenient for them.

Thank you Kristy. You have managed to achieve in one visit what others failed to do over the past 6 years. Hallelujah......the perfect blond! Not gold, yellow and every colour in between. To set off my gorgeous new colour was an exquisite haircut. Now....add to all that lovely coffee, wonderful friendly caring staff and we have a match made in heaven.!!

Always great - really love coming to miss gertrude and wouldn't think of trying anywhere else. It's not the cheapest but it is great and reliable.

one walk in appointment isn't enough to rate properly. Or to recommend to friends. But I am going back. It was all good.
