Carmen did an amazing job on my color and Grace on my cut. I was a little worried going in because of my last experience in a different salon but they put me at ease straight away. Well worth it :)

I normally book for a price of $158 and am pleased that there are never any hidden costs at Miss Gertrude - something I have always disliked at other salons. However, this time as I booked on the phone, there must have been no communication that I had been put under someone more expensive. $20 extra isn't a big deal I know, however, this time my hair was closer to $200 rather than closer to $150, and I had very little expertise required as it was the exact same thing I've asked for for the past 3 appointments. I just don't like hidden costs and also don't like being charged more for the same thing, with no good reason. Otherwise I like it there.

People always ask me where I got my great haircut. And I love going to a great hairdressing salon that doesn't try to hard sell products.
