Loving my new colour! I asked for a fresh change, but still keeping the length, and that's exactly what I got. One happy customer. The environment and staff was relaxed and friendly. Tea was delicious too.

I wouldn't keep coming back if I wasn't completely happy with the very professional haircut I always get from Kristy. Excellent service. Might be time to get more comfortable basins that don't put such an uncomfotable inflexible protrusion into your neck. Other than that. All good.

I've been going to Miss Gertrude for almost 3 years now, and I love it! It has a really fun and creative atmosphere and I've never once been disappointed. Keep it up guys!
