Fabulous cut from Kylie! She showed amazing care and precision when cutting and styling my haircut to perfectly suit my face shape and features. The staff at Miss Gertrude are always welcoming and friendly, offering delicious tea and coffee with a scrumptious ginger biscuit to tantalise your sweet tooth.

Kylie was amazing, communicating all the way through the cut about what she was doing, making sure it was what i had in mind. in the end I got an amazing haircut that exceeded my wishes, one of the best cuts ever.

I recently moved to Melbourne from Europe. As so many other clients, I am quite sensitive about my hair, and I have experienced top notch (and expensive) salons that didn't seem to have the proper techniques for cutting and coloring. Luckily, Miss Gertrude knows their handcraft. And they know customer service. I will definitely be coming back in the future! Thank you for a great haircut, color and good service. My recommendations go to all the staff, but Jens was the one in charge of my hair, and I can only recommend him.

I had to wait 45mins before I was seen to. My appointment was for 5pm and I was not seen till 5.45pm. I was told when I arrived that Gio was running 10-15mins behind. I understand that this happens from time to time but I would have liked to have been informed that he was running late so as I could have done other things at work and not rushed to the salon.
