My experience of the salon has been a hit and miss experience. Some cuts have been good, others not. My recent cut feels like a waste of money- as I now need to find a new hairdresser to fix it.

As always my experience at Miss Gertrude was just wonderful! I was greeted warmly , offered a cup of tea and given a beautiful haircut by Erri and left feeling much more relaxed than I started! I will definitely recommend you to my friends. So a big huge thank you!9

A pleasant surprise o have Giovanni back on deck and cutting again. As always, a great cut. Elle was very professional in the arduous task of transitioning my hair to grey- nearly there!

I loved my cut and got great advice from my stylist. However I was advised to get a treatment after the colour but wasn't told there was a $20 charge for it until I came to pay. I'm also not convinced the treatment was necessary. But I would definitely see my stylist again as she did a great job - and I'm very hard to please!
