The hairdresser I saw today (Kylie) was really lovely, she listened to all the requests I had about my new hair colour, and she also answered the million questions i asked. She was really confident in what she was going to do, and made me feel great about trying out a new style. and she did a great job on my hair too!

I really enjoy the hair experience at Miss Gertrude. It's a relaxed atmosphere, with all the staff friendly and attentive - coffee's great, haircut is always a winner and come away feeling great!

My hair was done by Kate, she was fantastic. This is honestly one of the best cuts I've ever had. Have been going to this salon for years - back when they were still on Smith St. and called Lure. Still great at this new location!
