Lovely to be welcomed so nicely on arrival. And then the offer of tea or coffee or hot chocolate. A nice touch. Katie was terrific. Down to earth yet professional. I got a sense immediately that Katie was listening to what I was wanting and providing me with professional advice accoordingly which is what I was wanting as well. I really felt I was in good hands. My first time to the salon after recommended by niece Ruby and sister Suzanne. I was very happy with the magic Katie produced as far as my hair goes. I ll be back for my next appointment in Feb! Would love some magazines to peruse whilst I am having my hair done. Just a suggestion

Everything with the haircut and hairstylist (Ash) was 10/10 but wanted to also say that I was surprised about how good the coffee (oat late). Obviously the haircut was the main event but having a good quality coffee made the whole experience even better. Will come back soon!
