This was my first appointment at Miss Gertrude. I had researched salons and hairdressers online prior to booking as I had a very specific short cut in mind and it can be hard to find someone who will cut the way I want it. I'm so happy to say that I had an outstanding experience here. I booked in with Jess after seeing some of her work on Instagram and she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. She explained everything so well, checked in that I was happy with the plan before going ahead and also understood the challenges of my hair perfectly. The salon is very clean and comfortable with tea and coffee offered. The staff were welcoming and helpful as well. I had left my mask in the car and luckily they had spares. I have rebooked for a few months time which I have very rarely done in the past. I am so over the moon to have found my new permanent hairdresser!
