I love going to the hairdresser, but for bigger items like colour or bleach where the time in the salon can exceed 3 hours, there needs to be more comfort items. The massage at the basin needs to be hefty! I wait the whole 3+ hours just for that massage and when it's only about 45 seconds long I feel pretty sad.

Carmen is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. She is so meticulous and careful, I always walk out feeling a million dollars. All the staff are very friendly and love the little touches like the biscuit with my tea. Thanks

I was particularly concerned that one particular worker in a pale blue dress with very long blonde hair was unfriendly, unenthused and rough during my treatment toner and wash at the basin. I felt uncomfortable with her general manner and lack of care. I only have good things to say about every other staff member including nicole who did an awesome job of my hair and was super friendly and tended to all my hair and comfort needs.
