Thank you Kristy. You have managed to achieve in one visit what others failed to do over the past 6 years. Hallelujah......the perfect blond! Not gold, yellow and every colour in between. To set off my gorgeous new colour was an exquisite haircut. Now....add to all that lovely coffee, wonderful friendly caring staff and we have a match made in heaven.!!

My experience at Miss Gertrude is always a positive one, especially because Chrissy makes it so. She's positive and never tries to upswell me anything unless I ask. Love the un-pressured, relaxed feeling I get when I visit. I was 15 minutes late for my last appointment and it wasn't a drama. Thanks so much guys!

Always walk out with a great cut.... And I manage to keep it looking great once I get home and am left to my devices!! I would highly recommend Miss Gertrude especially if you are thinking sbout or have short hair.
