Always a great hair cut and wonderful people at Miss Gertrude's. The only feedback i have that isn't 10/10 is from last time i was there and that is the smell from the nail salon gives me a head ache. Not sure if there is a way around that but thought i'd pass it on.

I've really enjoyed getting to know the team at Miss Gertrude...they're qualified, experienced, patient and offer good advise without the product pushing!!!!

Everyone was great. Love my colour and was given good advice about my fringe. Service was exceptional. They even put money in the parking meter when it took a bit longer than I estimated and made a very good coffee.

All staff are friendly and attentive. I booked online and the follow up text message confirmed my appointment which was reassuring. I had not expected a phone call clarifying what I wanted done but was impressed by the follow up service. The overall experience was professional and friendly. I was pleased with my haircut and colour. I will go again. Thank you
