I recently had a haircut with Eri who is a highly skilled hairdresser who made me look 10 years younger and gave me a style which suits me and that I can manage at home. A rare find with the new 'short course type hairdresser' who have no experience and who have no skills at all.

Have been coming to Miss Gertrude for about 6 years now and always receive the best service, even if my main hairstylist is on leave. Pleasant, highly professional atmosphere. Choice of current interesting magazines, tea and coffee. Happy and highly recommend it.

My cut and colour are consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and considerate. Pricey, but I still keep coming back.
