I am so thankful to have found Miss Gertrude - I had actually forgotten how good it feels to have such a positive experience at a salon! I am so happy with the way my short fringe and hair turned out; Kylie is such a talented wizard with the scissors, and has such a good eye for detail!

I'm so used to salons pushing their own aftercare products, it was a relief to have Jens give helpful, general advice that I could apply to the products I already use and love. Definitely a returning client.

Absolutely fantastic - will definitely be coming back! The hairdresser really took the time to find out what I wanted, and suggested a few improvements. She was excellent, and wouldn't let me leave until I was happy with my new hair!
