I had an appointment last night Mystique Creations in Glenroy, (Jen was booked out). The hairdresser at Mystique stated once I showed her the colour I liked that I couldn't walk out of the salon looking like Australian Model. I said I just wanted that colour and explained I didn't want to touch my roots as I was growing it out. She expressed that wasn't possible.. as it doesn't work like that. I asked for options and was advised the only option was to bleach my whole head and colour it to achieve an ash brown with highlights. I requested that this hair dresser didn't touch my hair and I walked out of the salon in disbelief as to how I was treated. I called Miss Gertrude once I left hoping to book anyone who was available as Jen wasn't and I made a booking with Corey. I showed Corey the same picture of the 'Australian Model', he gave me the reaction any client hopes for. 'Yep, easy', it will look great! I was out of there within an hour and he achieved exactly what I wanted and was so lovely. All of the staff at Miss Gertrude are very professional, and if you don't walk out with exactly what you want they will rectify the problem gracefully. I have been going to Miss Gertrude for years.. and I will continue. Thanks so much Corey!
