Jayd was incredible. She made me feel so at ease and worked absolute magic on my hair. It was such a friendly and welcoming experience for me as someone who hasn't been to a hair salon in several years and was feeling pretty nervous.

I have been putting off finding a new hair stylist after mine moved away. Found Miss Gertrude when searching for an accessible salon. Wish I'd done this weeks ago! Can't recommend them highly enough! Saw Shannon for cut & colour and am so happy!

Jayd is the absolute best! She was my hair dresser back in Wellington and sadly moved over the ditch. When we booked our holiday I just had to go and get my hair done with her. The salon is lovely, the staff are friendly and the service just fantastic. I loved the free prosecco and popcorn. My partner waited at the bar across the road and loved my hair as much as I did. Thank you!
