After being a loyal client of the salon for years I moved out of the area so found it difficult to travel back to Concord for regular hair appointments. For several years after that I went from salon to salon in my local area and was never totally happy with the service or the result I was getting. Finally a few months ago after yet another disappointing cut and colour I phoned Moda in desperation and they generously squeezed me in to see a stylist that day! From the moment I sat down and had a lengthy consultation with my stylist I breathed a sigh of relief and knew I was in good hands. The level of service and professionalism is fantastic! The staff go out of their way to make sure I'm happy with the cut and colour and I walk out feeling fantastic. Today I had my first ever keritin straightening treatment and I'm loving it. George is brilliant. AND I received a 'welcome back' discount that first visit back and even now walk away with other loyalty offers. It's worth mentioning that they are not cheap - but I feel it's worth it.
