Unfortunately I did not have the experience I am used too here. My appointment started 15mins late despite being a 9.15 appointment time. My treatment then was very rushed. At the end the bed was not lowered or moved back into its original position so I could get off easily. I had to push of a wall and then jump down off the bed. During my appointment the beautician left the room for what felt like hours (only a few minutes) with no real explanation. Just not a good experience at all and not what I had come to expect.
