I visited Nerina's on Saturday 27 July and Carly as usual was exceptional - great badly needed pedicure, great manicure, facial, eyelash brow and tint. I have been staying in the mountains for a few months and have tried on several occasions to find a salon that does decent pedicures (on both occasions I ended up with sore feet) and manicures (ordinary) to no avail. I realised the only way I could get the standard of service and outcome to which I have become accustomed was to travel two hours to Sydney (and back) to have my treatments done with Carly. She is a gem and I know must be be very highly valued by the owners of Nerina's. She is very professional, highly effective and I have badly missed the way she goes about her skills. I look forward to my next pampering session with her. Regards Margaret

I find some salons can be snooty or cold, but I've never had a less than fantastic visit to Nerina's. All the beauticians are professional, friendly and knowledgable. Although I'm not good at taking care of my skin, they try to encourage me to do so in a positive way, rather than admonish me for my lack of care. Could I suggest that providing a receipt with the breakdown of services would be useful, particularly after having lots of different treatments and buying some products.
