-not having facials listed for online booking was inconvenient and suggested this wasn’t something you do so if I was a potential new customer not returning one I may have not phoned you and tried somewhere else. -I didn’t really know what type of facial & at what price I’d signed up for until I paid I was expecting about $110 and it was $150. My fault for not checking possibly. -appart from that the service was lovely but I was supprised when I said my facial scrub had run out there was no suggestion of what product I could buy from you. I like the lack of hard sell approach but there wasn’t even a subtle suggestion which I think is a missed business opportunity for you. But your all lovely and professional which keeps people coming back.

Very happy Nerina's B is once again open to cater for clients' needs - after one 'close call' using wax strips for eyebrows during lockdowns!! - we are reminded that professional expertise is very much a requirement for desired results. I've been attending to many of my 'beauty treatments' over the years in relying on Nerina's Salon - in fact going back to the Totem boutique which opened (in 1987)- (now Stocklands, Balgowlah) - and followed them when they have moved (a few times) to different locations. Nerina, Linda, & I think Amanda (since left) were there in the early days - Jodie also (later) worked for a number of years with them (since left) - Always a pleasant atmosphere and overall cheerful, smiling faces to greet you and offer quality services in treatments..... Thanks to the current A-team - keep up the high standard - I will continue to visit..BB
