My eyebrow wax was not completed to a very good standard. I had to come home and pluck out all the hairs that were missed.

Unfortunately I did not have the experience I am used too here. My appointment started 15mins late despite being a 9.15 appointment time. My treatment then was very rushed. At the end the bed was not lowered or moved back into its original position so I could get off easily. I had to push of a wall and then jump down off the bed. During my appointment the beautician left the room for what felt like hours (only a few minutes) with no real explanation. Just not a good experience at all and not what I had come to expect.

The eyebrow wax and tint was ok but the beautician was terrible - I do know her name because she did not introduce herself - she had absolutely no engagement with me (did not even ask how I liked my eyebrows shaping before waxing them). At the end she said 'you are done' and I then met her at the reception where all she said was '$36'. I feel a bit sad for her as she clearly hates her job.

Hi the facilities were unclean, plastic on the bed instead of clean towels , unclean towels under plastic, bin full of worn g-strings, sticky wax that looked old. Overall unhygienic environment- not relaxing!
