I have been seeing Helena for some time and always been happy with her, she is very friendly and does a great job. The last couple of times though, I am a bit disappointed that she does not complete my appointment, I usually end up with someone else blow drying. I don't mind this usually, but last time Helena had 3 other clients just in the time I was there. Perhaps she is popular and gets booked up, or the salon book her up, but she is running between clients and I felt that perhaps I wouldn't have been there as long if she wasn't going between clients. Watching other hairdressers there, this doesn't seem to happen as much.

I got a piercing done here and could not be happier with the girl that did it. It's a shame I don't remember her name but she was extremely helpful and patient. Very comfortable experience.
