The trainees need to be aware of where their brushes are as I've been hit in the face on more than one occasion. Also to pay attention as to where the heat is directed from the hair dryer, nobody likes a hot head.

I was quite shocked to be charged $80 for a trim. Not sure if the wash and professional advice was part of this fee but it felt very pricey for the very minimal amount of trimming that was done and the average styling job (my hair was still damp when I left). Understand that costs increase etc but I don't feel this was effectively communicated.

Staff at new image are amazing, expecially Helena (and Jenny if she still works there). They put in the extra mile for customers Only complaint is that it's pretty pricey compared to other places :)

One of the best things about a salon visit is the head massage as the colour is emulsified or the treatment is taking time to work...but the experience is rarely consistent as many simply circle in small movements that pull the hair .. Or when they dry your hair, they scrunch the hair so tightly it feels like its pulling the hair out from the roots...so perhaps spending some extra time building these skills would help.

Thanks to Jon and the girls in the salon, we were there quite late but they didn't rush or make me feel rushed at all. I really appreciate their patience and professionalism.
