I was quite shocked to be charged $80 for a trim. Not sure if the wash and professional advice was part of this fee but it felt very pricey for the very minimal amount of trimming that was done and the average styling job (my hair was still damp when I left). Understand that costs increase etc but I don't feel this was effectively communicated.

Emma is fantastic and always does what you ask she also explains any extras and the charge if you want to go ahead she’s not pushy . Always great cut and foils .

I paid too much for a haircut and was not even impressed with the outcome. My hair was cut shorter than I wanted and no obvious layering was done. I specifically said what length I wanted my hair to be but my instructions were unmet.

Always love coming to New Image. Staff are friendly, welcoming and always professional. The salon always looks lovely and clean. I’ve been to a number of salons but I am so happy I found these guys.
