Staff at new image are amazing, expecially Helena (and Jenny if she still works there). They put in the extra mile for customers Only complaint is that it's pretty pricey compared to other places :)

I was quite shocked to be charged $80 for a trim. Not sure if the wash and professional advice was part of this fee but it felt very pricey for the very minimal amount of trimming that was done and the average styling job (my hair was still damp when I left). Understand that costs increase etc but I don't feel this was effectively communicated.

The trainees need to be aware of where their brushes are as I've been hit in the face on more than one occasion. Also to pay attention as to where the heat is directed from the hair dryer, nobody likes a hot head.

I have been seeing Helena for some time and always been happy with her, she is very friendly and does a great job. The last couple of times though, I am a bit disappointed that she does not complete my appointment, I usually end up with someone else blow drying. I don't mind this usually, but last time Helena had 3 other clients just in the time I was there. Perhaps she is popular and gets booked up, or the salon book her up, but she is running between clients and I felt that perhaps I wouldn't have been there as long if she wasn't going between clients. Watching other hairdressers there, this doesn't seem to happen as much.

Great service from John, apprentice did a great hair wash, given the lack of hot water in the basin. Blow Wave by apprentice has a good end result but a lot of pulling and painful knocks to the head with the hair dryer

The service was wonderful and Michelle was very friendly and welcoming. However, my hair was cut a bit too short than what I'd asked, which doesn't matter too much - it'll grow out!
